Group standards are an effective supplement to national and industry standards, with advantages such as fast formulation speed, timely response to market demand, and efficient promotion of standards. To promote the healthy and rapid development of Chinas intelligent transportation industry, the China Intelligent Transportation Association has been actively carrying out group standard development work since 2018. The China Intelligent Transportation Association takes technological innovation as the guide, industry development needs as the guide, does a good job in standardized research and development, continues to promote high-quality development of the industry, and provides strong support and services for the planning, scientific research, production, sales, and new product development of Chinas intelligent transportation industry. At present, multiple key research projects on group standards of the China Intelligent Transportation Association have received high industry attention and active participation from all parties. Some excellent group standards that have been released have also become reserve projects for industry standards, effectively filling industry gaps, supporting national standards, leading the way forward, and aligning with international cutting-edge technologies.
